I’m Syed Bilawal Bukhari, the freelance web designer and WordPress developer behind NxtLevelCode. I build Elementor, Divi and custom-coded WordPress websites for businesses worldwide, and work as a remote development partner for international agencies.

My foundation is in programming. My professional experience is in building WordPress websites that real businesses use.

During my bachelor’s studies, I learned C, C++, object-oriented programming, data structures and SQL. A university professor hired me for WordPress work, and I began building client websites with Divi while developing my HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript skills.

Freelance work on Fiverr led to a long-term UK client. Later, outsourced agency projects gave me extensive hands-on experience with Elementor. Today I work remotely with businesses and agencies across several countries and time zones, and I still work with the professor who first hired me.

My WordPress development experience.

Business Website Design

I design and build business websites, service pages and catalogues with Elementor or Divi. The editing approach is agreed around the content you need to manage.

WooCommerce stores

My project experience includes standard online stores and multivendor marketplaces, with product layouts, checkout configuration and the integrations each project needs.

WordPress Speed Optimisation

I work on image and asset weight, caching and site configuration to address loading problems. Performance changes are checked against the site’s starting point.

Hosting and servers

Hosting setup, migrations, staging and backups are part of keeping WordPress projects working. I also work with Hostinger VPS environments.

LMS, Booking & Membership Sites

I have built learning platforms and other WordPress websites with accounts, bookings or restricted content, using suitable plugins and project-specific configuration.

Divi Website Development

Divi was the starting point of my WordPress career. I use that client-project experience for new builds, redesigns and improvements to existing Divi sites.

Custom Code & Interactive Websites

I use HTML, CSS and JavaScript for features beyond standard builder controls. My current workflow also includes AI-assisted development for animation and WebGL effects, with the implementation reviewed and tested for the project.

What I take on

  • My core services are WordPress websites, builder customisation, integrations and front-end work. Bespoke backend systems need a separate technical assessment.
  • I know React fundamentals, but I do not currently offer React application development as a specialist service.
  • I work with your existing branding or supplied design direction. Naming, logo design and native mobile apps are outside my main service scope.
